I honestly can’t believe it has been 6 months since our little guy came into our family.
And its so true about your heart growing when you have more kids. So true.
Because seriously, everyday, I still wonder how and why God has blessed me with these 2 perfect, beautiful, little men.
Even though he sleeps like crap, won’t take a bottle and won’t let me leave a room without expressing that that makes him MAD, I love every minute of it.
The past couple of mornings have been extremely stressful. Sleeping through the night is just not happening… Hell I’m lucky to get a 4 hour stretch these days. And Chris has been working nights so he can’t help as much in the mornings. We are all just exhausted.
At his 6 month dr appt, he was being so cute and just so happy. Those are most often the moments that it hits me and I know *I am truly blessed* and the sleeping and crying is only temporary.
As he is laughing, one of the nurses walks over and says ‘Oh you are just adorable!’ and turns to Chris and says ‘You know, if you ever get tired of this little guy, I would love to take him for you!’ and we all just kinda laughed… And she walked out.
Then Chris looked at me and said “Oh crap, we should have got her number.”
I am a twenty-something stay at home mommy to a toddler. I am married to a United States Marine. I spend my days chasing my son, taking pictures, and scrappin' the digital way. I am currently expecting our second son in December :D
